    9. My GEC Loyalty Programme

    9.1. Membership and operation

    The My GEC programme is automatically activated for any customer with an account. Points are credited after payment confirmation at 1 point per 10,000 GNF spent. The multiplier depends on the member's level: x1 (Silver), x2 (Premium), x3 (Elite).

    9.2. Loyalty levels

    • Silver: 0 to 499 cumulative points (x1 multiplier)
    • Premium: 500 to 1,999 cumulative points (x2 multiplier)
    • Elite: from 2,000 cumulative points (x3 multiplier)

    Level upgrades are automatic and irreversible. The level is calculated based on cumulative points (lifetime_points), regardless of converted points.

    9.3. Points conversion

    Available points can be converted into vouchers from a minimum of 100 points. The conversion rate is 500 GNF per point (100 points = 50,000 GNF). Each voucher is valid for 14 days from the date of generation. After this period, the voucher is automatically deactivated and points are not refunded.

    9.4. Annual validity and reset

    The My GEC loyalty card is valid for one (1) year, from 1 January to 31 December. On 1 January of each year at 00:00, all points — whether used, converted or not — as well as the loyalty level are reset to zero. No point carryover from one year to another is possible.

    9.5. Personal and non-transferable

    The My GEC loyalty card is strictly individual and named. It is exclusively usable by its owner and may under no circumstances be transferred, lent, shared or gifted to a third party. Any use by a person other than the account holder will result in immediate suspension of the loyalty account.

    9.6. Cancellation, refund and return

    Only orders with confirmed payment generate loyalty points. No unpaid order earns points.

    In the event of order cancellation — for any reason (out of stock, customer request, error, etc.) — before, during or after processing, points earned on this order are automatically and fully removed from the loyalty account. The same applies for refunds or product returns.

    If point revocation results in a level change (e.g. from Premium to Silver), the level is automatically adjusted downwards. The member is notified.

    9.7. General conditions

    • Points are not transferable between accounts.
    • Generated vouchers are for single use and cannot be combined.
    • GEC reserves the right to modify programme conditions with 30 days' notice.
    • In the event of proven fraud, GEC reserves the right to suspend the loyalty account.

    10. Policy changes

    We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via a notification on the site or by email.
